Community & Influencer Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, monitoring, measuring and evaluating social media programs while also cultivating relationships with influencers to amplify our clients’ brand message. You will develop and execute strategies to foster engagement, drive brand loyalty, and expand our reach through influential partnerships.

Core Functions:

Influencer Management:

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers aligned with our clients’ brand values
  • Manage communications, including budgets, contracts, agreements and purchase orders with influencers
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, including content creation and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing reports on ROI and engagement metrics.
  • Create and maintain a database of influencers and track outreach and partnership opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance strategies.

Community Management:

  • Develop and execute brand-centric social content strategies in line with overall social media plans and to grow and nurture audience.
  • Create concise, eye-catching digital content for diverse platforms, including social media and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas as well as address community feedback and enhance user experience.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions on social media, forums, and other platforms. Actively engage with the community beyond the social fan base.
  • Participate in online and offline, staying abreast of evolving internet trends and viewer preferences.
  • Analyze community metrics and report on engagement trends and insights.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in community management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
