Digital Community Manager/ Content Producer

Purpose Summary:
The Digital Content Producer/Community Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating,
monitoring, measuring and evaluating social media programs for assigned iuGO Digital clients.

Core Functions:
Community Manager
Creates the brand’s social content strategy in alignment with the overall social media strategy.
Coordinate the execution of the strategy devised by the Digital Strategist and make it come to
Create the voice, tone and character for brands, set-out in the social media plan for social
team to execute and manage.
Reviews content calendar created by Social Media Managers.
Compile analytical reports, in collaboration with Social Media Managers, and performs basic
report analysis.
Submit reports approved by the Digital Strategist to clients.
Engage with the community when needed, (outside of the social fan base) e.g. perusing
community social channels to actively engage persons (liking photos, commenting);
connecting with affiliates.
Develop and compile social case studies.
Assist the Digital Strategist in developing social media campaigns/ pitches strategies.
Resolve client’s issues and escalate as required. In resolving, keep Digital Strategist & Division
Head informed.
Effective coordination of the Social Media Managers work (in-house & contractors).
Coordinate with Digital Designer for required digital artwork for Social Media.
Conduct random audits of social media channels.
Participate and assist in coordinating live stream events as required. Understands the
challenging and ever-changing Internet environment and styles of content management,
design and viewer preferences with respect to social media vehicles.
Researches industry best practices for existing and emerging trends in social media and
making recommendations for application to marketing programs.
Recommends new strategies for clients to achieve social media objectives, approved by the
Digital Strategist.

Digital Content Producer
Create designs with ideas behind them and ensure the efficient visual execution of content

Write and produce, across multiple brands, on-trend, concise, and eye-catching digital
content. This includes content for all digital touchpoints, including social media and emerging
Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team.
Help establish and maintain quality and award-winning work that goes beyond design and cuts
through to brand image and identity.
Work to provide complete input, and any instruction or supervision required to smoothly
complete production of approved designs.
Observe company consensus in the production of client presentation material.
Adhere to all of the Company’s Policies and Procedures
Perform any other duties and tasks as requested by the Company.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Communications or related field preferred
Two (2) years’ experience creating digital content
Minimum of three years’ professional social media and marketing work experience, including
demonstrated success using social media to grow a consumer brand through creative out of
the box thinking that drives measurable results.
Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Linkedin,
YouTube, Tic Tok and other social platforms; integration of tools and third-party applications.
Strong command of digital design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite
A love of digital storytelling and social media
A strong understanding of how to tell a powerful story through visuals; a keen eye for visual
integrity and quality visual storytelling
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Possess strong internet research skills with the ability to find and compile interesting and
relevant content blog posts, news items, photos, video, etc.).
Working knowledge of HTML and content publishing tools will be an asset
Knowledge of SEO best practices will be an asset
