Influencer Manager

As an Influencer Manager, you are responsible for sourcing, engaging and managing all LSS and iuGO Influencer and Content Creator campaigns. You will work directly with the Community Managers to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Core Functions:

  • Create and maintain a database of Influencers, thought leaders and content creators suitable for our client base and across various platforms – Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube; identify and build relationships with such persons keeping a lookout for new and rising talent
  • Ensure Influencers are properly briefed on client and campaign ask
  • Liaise with Influencers for content deliverables and manage feedback process through to approval
  • Negotiate costs with Influencers based on iuGO’s approved costing per action eg. per Reel, Stories etc.
  • Ensure Influencers provide analytics on time after completion of campaign ask
  • Update the master Influencer Campaign Tracker of all campaigns being executed as well as Influencer Rates assigned per job
  • Create an Influencer Tracker per client campaign to show progress from outreach to execution to analytics and provide updates to internal client team as required
  • Research and brainstorm with Community Managers new and creative approaches to Influencer marketing
  • Have an understanding of the Agency’s client base and their competitors to ensure Influencer and Content Creator suggestions are the best fit
  • Develop standard Influencer protocols eg. saving content, tagging etc
  • Step in for Community Managers as needed for any other Influencer and Content Creator campaign asks
  • Adhere to all the Company’s Policies and Procedures
  • Perform any other duties and tasks as requested by the Company.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or any similar field
  • Prior experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns
  • Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends
  • Proficiency in analytics tools
  • Proven experience in using social media platforms as marketing channels
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Multitasking and analytics skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
