Senior Graphic Designer

To create bold, award-winning, results-driven design work across brands and platforms— while mentoring talent and pushing creative standards forward.

Core Functions

  • Create and lead high-quality creative work across print, digital, social, video and motion.
  • Provide strong art direction for TVCs, video and motion content, ensuring visual treatments powerfully express the core idea.
  • Take design work from concept through to final execution.
  • Develop motion graphics and dynamic visual content for digital, social and video-led campaigns.
  • Use Leverage AI and emerging creative tools to support idea development, improve efficiency and execution while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Prepare high-quality layouts, mock-ups, storyboards and presentations for internal and external client review.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager, copywriters and production teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and setting creative standards.
  • Stay ahead of design, motion, digital and cultural trends, continuously evolving creative output.
  • Actively contribute to departmental creative sessions, reviews and team-building initiatives.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, best practices and the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties and tasks as requested by the Company.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial graphic design, with at least 2 years in an advertising agency.
  • Proven experience in a Senior Graphic Designer or similar leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, high-end design craft and motion graphics/video work.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; Premiere Pro an asset).
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of the creative process
  • Strong illustrative skills are a definite asset.
  • Excellent aesthetic judgment with a strong command of typography, colour, composition and motion.
  • Forward-thinking, trend-aware and culturally plugged-in creative.
  • Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
