Donna has over 18 years of experience managing local and regional media planning, media negotiation and media buying. She has a diverse client portfolio, having worked with most of the large agencies in Trinidad & Tobago. She has been on training courtesy PHD using the AETNA process system, a system incorporating neuroscience and cognitive psychology to create highly effective communication strategies. Donna has also received training from Adage in New York on 360° media strategy which she incudes in her media planning process and is highly proficient in the use and interpretation of media survey results and competitive data.
As Media Director she is a skilled negotiator and expert who leads her team in brokering the best contracts and special buys for our clients and keeps abreast of new media opportunities and technology. Donna holds certificates in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations from the UWI School of Continuing Studies.
